You can use this forum to discuss buses - vehicles, routes, services, infrastructure, anything. We cover a fairly specific area - the same as the Dundee Bus Bulletin.

We cover Angus, Dundee, Fife, Perth & Kinross, plus  Stonehaven/The Mearns (Aberdeenshire) - as far as Stonehaven (bound by A90, A92 and coast) and Dunblane/Kinbuck (Stirling) - as far as Dunblane south roundabout. All operators based in the area are covered. Also, operators from outside the area are also covered if they operate one or more registered local bus services into our area i.e. Bain's 105, First on the 14/14A, 15, 19, 23, 58/C58/358/S8, 203/204, 391 etc.

PLEASE TAKE A FEW MOMENTS TO LOOK THROUGH THE AGREEMENT FOR THIS FORUM. IT IS ALL FAIRLY SIMPLE STUFF, BUT WE HAVE TO MAKE IT BLATANTLY OBVIOUS!

1. You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, abusive, obscene, or otherwise against any United Kingdom (Scottish) law, or that of your own country. Spam is not tolerated, this is a small board where everyone knows everyone else, so don't do it.

2. The profiles, and posted messages, express the views of the author, and not the views of the forum as a whole, or the administrators. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator or moderator of this forum immediately. The administrators of this forum reserve the right to remove objectionable content. You are solely responsible for the content of your posted messages. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the administrators, and anyone else connected with providing this service.

3. When you register, you get to pick your username. It does not need to be your own name, but please keep it clean. Please don't give your password out to another person (except an administrator) for your protection. You also agree not to use another person's account for any reason, unless discussed with an Administrator. We also recommend you use an unique password for your account.

4. After you register and login to this forum, you will be able to fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. You get the chance to upload an avatar, or a small picture of yourself, or a character of your choice. Any inappropriate information will be removed, without prior notice. There is no need to scribble all that down now, as an Administrator will send you a private message/email with the address in it. Please complete this as soon as possible.

5. You can choose to hide your email address to other members, but please remember that the forum administrators can see it, and your ip address! The administrators of this forum also will to reveal your identity, from the information collected on this service, in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any situation caused by your use of this forum. This information would be passed to your network administrator and/or isp. In extreme cases, the Police may be contacted. Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded.

6. Please note that the software places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browser's cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer. The cookie is also used if you select the item marked "Login forever/keep me logged in". The administrators do not see what is contained within this cookie.

7. If you work for any of the bus operators, local authorities, etc. featured, you agree that you are here for entertainment and general banter only, and not to snoop on staff performance, except with the approval of an Administrator. We can't always spot if a driver has a fag in their hand when taking pictures, or is on their mobile phone while cruising down the Hilltown/Glenearn Road/Admiralty Brae/Stonehaven Golf Club access road/Hill of Craigo (etc.), so please remember, we do this as a hobby - not to get anyone fired.

8. The names shown in this board are for illustrative purposes only. Any trademarks are acknowledged in advance. Product and brand names are also for information, not placement.

9. The administrator reserves the right to change the settings on the group at any time, if required, to maintain or enhance the operations of the group. Notice will always be given where possible, although in extreme cases, this may not apply. In these cases, the administrator promises to explain why afterwards. Should relocation be needed, the moderator will try to email or pm everyone on the group.
