How to login to the forum

7. After your account is activated, go to http://dundeeareabusforum.com There is no need to put in www. but you can if it makes you feel better!

8. Login with your User Name, Password. "Minutes to stay logged in" - this is set at a default of 180 i.e. three hours. If you want to stay logged in for a shorter time i.e. you've paid for an hour at a web cafe, then enter the time in minutes. If this is your home computer, or your own work computer, click the box "Always stay logged in" which will add this as a cookie to your hard drive. Then, click the Login button. This takes you to the main forum homepage. (Below is a pre-production example).

9. Click on "profile" allows you to change your profile details, and add an avatar (or small picture) if you desire.

10. To post a new message, click on the board you require, click "NEW TOPIC" (on the right) and fill in the boxes as required. Use all the insert tools and smilies as you require them.

11. Then click on "POST" or "SPELL CHECK" if you need the latter.

Please include your operating system (i.e. Windows, Mac, Linux etc.), browser (IE, Netscape, Mozilla, Opera etc.) and details of any firewall or anti-virus software running on your machine.
